Introduction
Seven7 casino is run by the company Rabocse Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada, registered in Costa Rica. By entering the site or creating an account, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, the rule is simple, just do not use the platform.
Terms may change over time (depending on changes in laws and regulations). The version published on this website always applies. By continuing to play, you accept any updates. Game rules posted on the site are also part of these Terms.
License and Intellectual Property
When you use the site, you gain a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the software and services. This right is limited to personal devices connected to the Internet.
All content (including all the structure, software, trademarks, and intellectual property) belongs to our Company, or its licensors. Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering it is not allowed. All rights not clearly granted are reserved by the Company. If you notice unauthorized use, you must inform the Company immediately.
Your Account
An Account can only be opened if you are at least 18 years old (or older if required in your country). You must also check whether online gambling is legal there where you live. Residents of certain jurisdictions cannot register — including the USA, Netherlands, France, UK, Australia, Spain, Austria, Germany, Sweden, Cyprus, Comoros, the Dutch West Indies, FATF-blacklisted countries (Iran, North Korea, etc.), sanctioned countries, or others restricted by Curaçao or the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. The Company may also refuse players from other countries at its discretion.
Registration
To register, you provide current information: mobile phone number, e-mail, username, password, and other details. Only real legal names are allowed! The Company may verify the information, and changes are only accepted in specific cases (like correcting an unintentional mistake).
Login details must remain confidential. If you share them and someone misuses your account, responsibility lies fully with you. The Company will never ask for your password.
Employees, their families, and service providers of the Company cannot open accounts here. If they do, such accounts are closed, winnings confiscated, and only deposited funds will be returned.
Accounts cannot be sold, pledged, or transferred in any way. Ownership of deposits, winnings, and bets stays strictly personal.
Account Issues
If you forget your password, it can be restored through “Forgot Password.” If you suspect misuse or fraud, you must inform the Company.
The Company may cancel or void bets if outcomes were influenced illegally, rules have been violated, odds changed due to announcements, or technical errors occurred. Accounts opened after suspension or closure may also be blocked.
Two-factor authentication may be offered, but you remain responsible for protecting your login details.

Account Closure
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Open bets must be canceled first. If closure is related to gambling addiction, you should inform the Company.
Permanent closure period last at least 30 days. After that, accounts can be reactivated if requested. Balances are refunded at the Company’s discretion. Accounts may also be closed by the Company without explanation, with balances (minus charges) returned.
Unused bonuses expire after one month. If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be blocked. Bonus abuse can lead to confiscation of funds and account blocking.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
Players can fund their accounts through different payment methods listed on the site. All deposits must come from payment instruments owned by the concrete player (for example, a card in your name). Third-party transfers are not accepted.
The Company may set minimum and maximum deposit limits. Exchange rates, if applied, are calculated at the time of processing. Your bank or payment system may charge an additional fee.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals usually return to the same method used for deposits. If that is not possible, the Company may choose an alternative, but always in the player’s name. Transfers to third parties are never allowed.
Withdrawals may take time due to verification checks. Documents can be requested before payment is approved. If fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected, the Company may block the withdrawal until the case is reviewed.
Currency and Limits
The site operates in several currencies. When deposits and withdrawals are made in different currencies, conversion is based on market rates at the time of deposit. The Company may apply transaction limits for security reasons.
Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses and special offers are exciting, but they’re never free money Each has its own rules. When you take a bonus, you also accept those rules — things like wagering requirements, time limits, or limits on which games apply.
It’s common to forget this. A player might ask, “Why can’t I withdraw right now?” The answer is usually that the bonus is still locked until those conditions are met.
There’s also a clear line: no abuse. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or trying to trick the system, is considered abuse. In those cases, the Company can block the account and cancel winnings.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
Gambling should always remain fun. When suddenly it stops feeling like fun, it’s time to slow it down.
That’s why the site provides you with tools. You can limit deposits, set betting or loss limits, or shorten your gaming sessions. Small steps, but they help you keep balance.
Self-exclusion is also available Take a short break (a day, a week) or lock your account for longer period. While you’re away, the game pauses, a and so do ads.
It’s not punishment. It’s a pause. A chance to step back and decide what’s right for you. If a break doesn’t resolve the issue, the Company will refer you to support teams who know how to help.
Privacy and Data Protection
Our site collects only what it needs — IDs, transaction history, records of chats or emails. Nothing more.
This information is stored for five years after the last account activity. It’s not shared with third parties unless the law requires it (for example, with banks, regulators, or the police).
Security is a key element of all that. The Company implements systems to protect data from misuse. The aim is simple: players should know their personal details are safe when they play here.
Violations of Terms
The Company may suspend or close accounts if these Terms are violated. Examples include:
- Providing false information;
- Using someone else’s payment methods;
- Fraud, collusion, or deception;
- Technical manipulation of games;
- Attempts to bypass geographical restrictions.
If an account is closed for violation, then deposits may be refunded at the Company’s discretion, but winnings associated to violations are forfeited.
Applicable Law and Final Note
These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes will be subject to its jurisdiction unless international agreements require otherwise.
The Terms are intended to protect both players and the Company. By playing at Seven7 Casino, you accept the risks of gambling, the rules of fair play, and the need to comply with law.
