By opening an account, you confirm following:

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Open bets must be canceled first. If closure is related to gambling addiction, you should inform the Company.

Permanent closure period last at least 30 days. After that, accounts can be reactivated if requested. Balances are refunded at the Company’s discretion. Accounts may also be closed by the Company without explanation, with balances (minus charges) returned.

Unused bonuses expire after one month. If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be blocked. Bonus abuse can lead to confiscation of funds and account blocking.

The site operates in several currencies. When deposits and withdrawals are made in different currencies, conversion is based on market rates at the time of deposit. The Company may apply transaction limits for security reasons.
